The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem - 30 minute practice to ease your way into your evening using a combination of gentle yoga, yin yoga and restorative postures.


Tuesday's (monthly on 2nd Tuesday of the month)
- The Art of Mindful Breathing - 6 pm

Wednesday - Yin Yoga - 9 am

ChildLight was my yoga home for many years. My 95 Hr. RCYT and 85 Hr. RPYT certifications came from this school.  In 2019, I had the honor of joining the team as a teacher and trainer in the 200 YTT, Diverse Abilities and Trauma-Informed Trainings.

Mindful Child Initiative

by the Pratyush Sinha Foundation

Founded in 2012, this Foundation is at the heart of the community. This foundation goes into the schools and throughout the community bringing yoga and mindfulness to youth of all ages. They also offer Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Education classes to increase awareness of the importance of trauma-informed education.
